為推動國軍文藝運動，促進軍民藝文交流，期透過作品甄選與推廣，使國人認識國防，進而支持國防，並增進國際社會對臺灣的認同與支持。
To promote literary and artistic activities within the armed forces and encourage cultural exchange between military personnel and civilians, this initiative aims to enhance public understanding of national defense through the selection and promotion of artworks, thereby fostering public support for national defense and strengthening international recognition of and support for Taiwan.
